The written programme
Milton’s programme provides Community Benefits Charge and eligible building-permit fee rebates for qualifying high-density development. The permit-fee rebate is capped at $2,500 per unit, with a programme funding limit. Development charges are excluded.
The written permit window runs from June 26, 2026 to December 18, 2027. The document reviewed does not show a publication date; October 15 is our check date.
What remains to confirm
Town approval and remaining funding have not been established for any particular development. This is not a direct homebuyer discount.
Read the Town’s programme page and complete written terms.
